Terms & Conditions:
1. General
By purchasing products or services from JH Systems W.L.L. ("Company"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all transactions, including sales within Bahrain and internationally.
2. Products & Warranty
- All products sold by JH Systems come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty terms and conditions are set by the manufacturer and must be discussed at the time of purchase.
- JH Systems is not responsible for any manufacturer defects, repairs, or warranty claims. Customers must directly contact the manufacturer for warranty-related issues.
3. Services & Refund Policy
- Once a service has been delivered, no refunds will be issued.
- If after-sale service is required, the terms and duration must be clearly stated in the Sales Order, Purchase Order, or Quotation.
- Customers requiring ongoing support must have a valid support contract with JH Systems.
4. Liability & Damages
- JH Systems shall not be held responsible for any damage, direct or indirect, arising from work performed, product installation, or service execution.
- Customers acknowledge that any work performed by JH Systems is at their own risk and responsibility.
5. Sales Outside Bahrain
- No refunds will be provided for services sold outside of Bahrain.
- Warranty for products sold outside of Bahrain is solely handled by the manufacturer. JH Systems does not provide any additional warranties or after-sale support for international sales.
6. On-Site Visits & Travel Expenses
- If a customer requires an on-site visit after product delivery or service completion, the customer is responsible for all travel expenses, including transportation, accommodation, and daily allowances for the JH Systems team.
